Cochabamba is one of Bolivia’s boom cities! Considered as the gastronomical capital of the country, it’s also very colorful and nice to visit, even though there isn’t much to see.
- Christo de la Concordia: This immense Christ statue standing atop Cerro de San Pedro is the second largest of its kind in the world (44cm higher than the famous Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro)
- Botanic garden: a perfect spot to get some shade and a good reading break
- Plaza 14 de Septiembre
- Plaza Colon
Restaurants
- Menta: Very nice and trendy vegetarian and vegan restaurant! I recommend the lentil burgers and falafel salad (about 30 bolivianos)

- Da Vinci: Good oven baked pizzas! Take the medium size, it’s already huge and the heavy use of cheese makes it delicious but filling.

- Cowork: A nice coffee shop to have a fresh bagel and frozen green tea!
